Welcome to the CourtHouse Woods Home Owner's Association
CourtHouse Woods Home Owner's Assoication is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide governance to the our community. Through community meetings and governed by a board of directors, in exchange for quarterly dues the home owner's association provides some common services to the residents in the community.
Some service that are provided by the home owner's association:
- Snow removal from our private street
- Recycling
- Bi-weekly trash removal
- Annual picnic
- Maintenance of the common grounds including paving, walkways, and greenery
- Enforcement and maintenance of commonly agreed policies
