CourtHouse Woods was created in 1990 by the builder Stanley Martin. Located near Tyson's Corner Virginia, CourtHouse Wood combines the intimacy of a 37 unit townhouse community with the amenities of all the Northern Viginia has to offer.
CourtHouse Woods is located just off Gallows Road, approximately 2.34 miles from Tyson's Corner shopping mall, the beltway, and 1.78 miles from the Dunn Loring/Merrifield Metro station. Across the road is Kilmer Middle School, and down the street is the Dunn Loring Firehouse. There is ample public transportation, high quality schools and more.
